Parent Involvement

Highlander School is able to provide its students with many wonderful activities due to the generous donation of time by our dedicated parents.

From Dad’s Club grilling out at Field Day to Highlander Parent Association throwing our annual Fall Carnival and Spring Auction, our parent volunteers help enrich the Highlander experience for our students. All Highlander parents of currently enrolled students are automatically members of the Highlander Parent Association, where opportunities for fellowship and service include Book Fair, Pumpkin Patch, Mom’s Prayer Group, teacher appreciation, community projects, and much more.

The Highlander Dad’s Club prepares food for our Founder’s Day, Fall Carnival,  and Field Day events. This group also serves our school by performing service projects to enhance the school’s facilities. Their biannual socials are full of grilled/smoked meats and fun.

Current parents enjoy getting to know new families at summer play dates and Back-to-School Kick-Off, and the students greatly look forward to the Muffins With Mom and Donuts With Dad breakfasts. We appreciate our parents, and we’d love for you to be a part of the Highlander family.
